WHO ARE WE?
The University of the Third Age is an international self-help
educational organisation, organised for and by retired people,
drawing on the wealth of the many years of experience and
knowledge of its members.
WHAT IS THE U3A?
It is an organisation run by, and for, those over 50 who
have an enthusiasm for learning and a mind open to new ideas.
The aim is for everyone to have the opportunity to participate
and broaden their interests, knowledge and experience. The
key to the U3A is participation so your suggestions are
welcomed and subjects already up and running include Mah
Jong, French Conversation, Local History, Family History,
Walking and Bridge.

WHAT DOES IT COST?
Subscription is £14.50 a year although there may be incidentals
such as entrance fees, travel, etc.
